Busy Dad Four-Week Mass-Building Program

For those of you who intend to join, let's use this topic thread to discuss our experience on the four-week program.  Start date: Monday August 1st.  It's going to be fun and very hard!

What level are you guys beginning the mass building program at? I'd imagine it could be done anywhere but, as someone just starting out and at 1C, I can see how my strength and stamina would be significantly improved by the time I hit level 2 and a guy might be able to start mass building. That being said a year of the standard program 80 minutes a week or adding some other calisthenics and cardio when possible would build a wicked fitness base for the mass building program.
