Tips to get to level 2?

Hi BDP ers. I have tested in at level 1d. I find the seals easier than the 6 counts, or more sensibly the pace required for the seals is easier for me than the 6 count target. I have been doing burpees for around a year as part of general keep fit stuff. The problem is, I can’t seem to improve my pacing to achieve 10 per minute every minute for 20 mins. I have only once managed it for 10 minutes! Any advice on strategies to push myself on? Should I focus on maintaining the required pace for as many mins as possible? Should I focus on doing the 200 and trying to reduce the time taken? Should I just experiment and see if either of these approaches work? Other ideas?

Try everything, twice! My training before hitting lvl 2 was mostly tempo training with a metronome, but I found trying new things is what helped me cross over. So try it all! And if it works for you tell me because I feel stuck on trying to get lvl 3 now! Haha!
