Weekly Training Results

PreviousPage 2 of 14Next

Hello everyone,

I tested myself in 6-counts and Navy Seals.

The result:

the 6-counts are finished in Level 1D, the Navy Seals in 1C.

How can I structured my Training beginning on Monday? Do I focused on Navy Seals or can I train at different levels?

How would you start?

thanks for your Support!

Love the simplicity of the program.

Test-in 106 6counts.

I'm 115 kgs. Anyone else similar weight? What numbers did you start at?

Will do the navy seals test-in on Sunday.

If you are doing the four 20 minutes sessions per week, then do 3 navy seals sessions and one 6ct until you are in the same Level for each then go back to doing two sessions of each.

Great numbers though 🔥

Been loving the training. Introduced it as a supplement to marathon training and am now addicted to the progression. I was at 200 6cts and 80 NS absolute maximum 8 weeks ago. As of today I am at 258 6cts and 115 NS. The community inspired me by suggesting different tactics. I switched up the 6cts to 4:30 min blocks 30s rest and switched the NS to EMOM 6 dropping to 5 towards the end. Thanks all for the inspiration and the motivation!

I hit 224 6 counts this week, which was a PR. I didn't do any seals this week, but I plan on having a seal session next week. Current records now stand at 224 6 counts and 92 Navy Seals. Onward and upward!

Only managed 40 Navy seals. Very humbling. I'm in now though.

Didn't do it yesterday as I did a 50k bike ride.

Need to plan the rest of the sessions this week.

Any novice advice? Just try and mash a PB each time?

Depends on how I'm feeling... sometimes I plan on a "maintenance" session, sometimes I try and specifically focus on a weakness... and sometimes I just go in with a "lets see what happens" mindset. At the end of the day, any session that you do is better than a session you skipped, so don't overthink it - just DO!

Hey my man,

My buddy Julian is not quite as big as you -- you might be the heaviest member of the Busy Dad Army!! -- but I think he's around 105 and 6' 5".  He tested in at 150 6-cts and 60 seals.  He's a semi-pro footballer in his mid-20s and is super fit.  What you're testing in at given your body weight is extremely impressive.  I can't wait to hear more as you progress through the program!!
