BDT across 3 days, rather than 4?

Hi, I am committed to doing BJJ 3 days a week.

I currently do Simple & Sinister (Kettlebell program) the other 3 days.

And 1 day rest.

However I'd like to run an experimentation for 2ish months of the BDT program, and swap it with my Kettlebell program. To see how it makes me feel and what effects it has on my composition.

I'm just wondering if I could do BDT across 3 days? Approximately 26 minutes per session?

Is this okay or would there be any issues with me doing this?

Would I have to alter the program / progression at all?
