Hello! And a question

Hi. I'm busy, but I'm not a dad. I will nevertheless continue with the program 😀

This morning I tested into the program at 1D for 6-count burpees. Judging strictly by my lungs, I think I could have done more. However, judging by arm pain, I'll try to master 1D before moving on. I'll test into Navy Seals soon.

My question is: is anyone here a BJJ player? How has this program impacted your performance? Thank-you!

I don't have a answer for you as I'm not a BJJ player - yet! But I'm going to my first class next week so I'd also be interested to hear from others how the program impacts BJJ performance.

I'm at 1C at the moment.
