Made it to level 2

Last week I achieved all 4 workouts at level 2....... barely.....

Probably easy stuff for you all - but has taken MONTHS for me to get there.

Just thought I would celebrate by creating a post that isn't spam 🙂

It's an awesome journey which I've found so simple yet forces you to analyse your body and understand what works best.  Some of it is mental, creating rest points of a few extra seconds and working towards those.  Some of it physical, which combination of groups per minute/2 minutes works best.

I'm doing so much better than I thought I could by ....just not stopping, I've been doing it over a year now and I can do 100 navy seals fairly easily (I can't do 250 6-counts though). Lots of weeks I could only do 60 minutes (or even 40) but when you stop, it is that much harder to get started again.
