plateauing and breaking free - need help!

Hello all! I recently made it to level 2 and am seeing little progress on Navy Seal numbers. Last time I hit a wall, I followed the suggestion to switch to doing them 3X weekly and 6 count 1X. This did work and I was going to try the same again - but I did notice that there are supplementary exercises listed on this website. I assume in my situation, I would focus on 5 pump seals - but my question is - when would I do them? I'm assuming I still complete 80 minutes/week with the current program and these would be added? Would they be done on current days off? Would love everyone's thoughts on all this. (added note, 6 counts are at 225ish and NS are still at 80ish. My thought is to change until NS get to 90ish)
