Question for Max: I've been warming up each workout with 100 consecutive body wt. squats before burpees. Thoughts on impact on burpee results? Squats are "easy." Each burpee is a "squat" movement. So, doubling the number of total stress on glutes and quads. Also starting a running regimen on non-burpee workout days to increase aerobic capacity (and lose some wt.)
