I’m just your bog standard 39-year-old trying to get fit before 40. Have recently (within the last two months) been adding burpees into my workouts, though I hadn’t been as consistent as I would have liked with the workouts themselves, generally speaking.
I found Busy Dad Training while researching burpee progression systems and programs, and I decided that, as a kind of New Year’s resolution, I would try out the program for at least the first four weeks of January.
Today, I completed the 6-Count portion of Level 1C. Hoping to complete the Navy Seals portion tomorrow.
So far, I’m really enjoying the program. Looking forward to continuing on past the initial four-week trial I laid out for myself
Cheers.

I've been following Max for over a year.
I'm 53 years old slightly asthmatic but have been able to do really well level 3 for navy seals but can't get past 220 for 6-counts. I think I may have plateau-ed somewhat, I use my apple watch to dictate how fast I go (once my heart rate goes over 160 for a while I back off a bit).
thanks
