Happy New Year!

6 counts 178; seals 82; Foundational 32:15 and 34:16

Ive decided to use some training slots on HIIT as we start January but there will still be a seals, a 6 counts and a foundational every week.

I recognise that I’m moving away from the purity of BDP but will return for another assault on my pr’s.

Not the greatest set of numbers I’ve had but here goes:

6 counts 164- acceptable but disappointing

Seals 83- happy with that. Added an extra 17 after recovery as I really want to have a go at doing 200 straight (slowly of course- thinking it will be well over an hour)

Foundational 36:29 - absolute pants!

Couple of pr’s to report;

6 counts 185 achieved by alternating 8’s and 9’s in 54 second blocks. That got me to 170 with 2 mins left and I managed 15 in the last 2 mins.

Foundational routine 29:31 - really pleased to break the 30 min ‘barrier’!

Seals are 87. About to try a version of the 6 count strategy from above doing sets of 4 in each 54 second block. That should get me to 80 with 2 mins left. Fingers crossed!
