It's not the numbers, but the progress! Keep it up!

Hit PRs of 260 on the 6-counts and 111 on the navy seals this past week. Keep going!

6 counts improved to 167 and seals to 78. Target for next week is 170 and 80 respectively. Came across a breathing hack that others might be interested in trying- recovery breaths should be ‘double sniff’ inhales. Apparently it promotes release of nitric oxide, which dilates the blood vessels.

Nice work, and thanks for the breathing tip!

A week off due to family sickness, fever, coughs....

But this week so far, Navy Seals I hit 40,  which got me to 1C

Aiming for 100 6cts the next day I only hit 93.  Second attempt with a rest day in between I hit 100, meaning I reach 1C there, too.

Navy seals planned again for this evening, aiming for 45 reps, we'll see how it goes.

Edit: 45 reps done but it was a challenge. Having an injured shoulder makes the push-ups a real challenge and a long term knee injury which was surgically repaired also adds extra issues. Maybe jumping 5 reps was a bit much. One or two extra reps per session might be a better option.
